- Your Order When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an
order confirmation email — this confirms we have received your order but does not constitute
acceptance. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we dispatch your items and send you a dispatch
confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is
out of stock or if there is a pricing error on the website.
- Pricing All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time
without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you placed your order.
- Payment Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods shown at
checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
- Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers. Delivery is to UK addresses only unless otherwise stated at checkout. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact

- Perishable Goods & Returns Our products are food items (confectionery). Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the
right to cancel does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. However, we want you to be happy with your order. If your items arrive damaged, incorrect, or in
poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hanjeeesweets@gmail.com with a
description and photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns of opened or consumed products unless they are faulty.
- Allergens Our products may contain or have been in contact with nuts, gluten, dairy, soya, and other
allergens. Full allergen information is available on product packaging. If you have a severe
allergy, please contact us before ordering.
- Complaints If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or our service, please contact us at

- Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hanjee Sweets shall not be liable for any indirect or
