    acceptance. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we dispatch your items and send you a dispatch
    confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is
    out of stock or if there is a pricing error on the website.

  1. Pricing All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time
    without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you placed your order.

  1. Perishable Goods & Returns Our products are food items (confectionery). Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the
    right to cancel does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. However, we want you to be happy with your order. If your items arrive damaged, incorrect, or in
    poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hanjeeesweets@gmail.com with a
    description and photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns of opened or consumed products unless they are faulty.

  1. Allergens Our products may contain or have been in contact with nuts, gluten, dairy, soya, and other
    allergens. Full allergen information is available on product packaging. If you have a severe
    allergy, please contact us before ordering.
